The team turned up and started work. Communication was excellent. Anytime they found an issue they came and told us right away. The issues required extensive repairs. They were efficient and very tidy. They replaced some of the plywood decking that was water damaged. They even fixed a structural flaw in one of the deck supports that was probably original construction. We're very pleased with the end product. The Omegastone coating looks great.
