In phone conversation, this "company" stated to charge $35.00 for a house call. Upon arriving at my house,the "repairman" stated it would cost me about another $15-20.00 to remove the cover of my dryer to locate the problem. He found the damage to be beyond repair: I agreed. I gave him a $200.00 deposit for a "new" refurbished machine. Later, a family member gave me their machine of which was mentioned in our agreement with the repairman. He refused to give me my money back stating that there was $100.00 minimum. I had to fight like hell for months to get my $$$ back. Eventually, I got $100.00 back from the $200.00 of which about $50.00 remains outstanding. I received 'no receipt' for the house call or the work done. I only received a receipt, without an address and without a number, for a deposit towards a re-built dryer. This "company' --- put me through my little bit of hell!!!
