This was a recall after a minor problem. The company went out of their way to make things right - their offer, not any request of mine. No charge on this one, and the technician, Larry Curts, knew exactly what he was doing, fixed the machine properly, bantered pleasantly and even patted the dog. :) We have been regular Inch customers, and this is what we're used to experiencing from this company.
