In spite of challenging weather this spring, PC Mississauga got the job done in the stated 3-week timeframe! After years of staring at all the defects on our property, we decided to get Patterned Concrete on our driveway, front porch, side path, and backyard-patio. PC Mississauga was swift in getting things going for us. After the initial estimate, Yosef came to our house to take detailed measurements. Within a few days we had CAD drawings that looked good and we met Susy at their office to finalize things. Our project manager Dino was very helpful and responsive. On the day of our concrete pour there was no rain in the forecast, however, a sudden torrential storm developed later that afternoon. We e-mailed our concern to Dino and he had Peter and crew show up to apply a special tarp just before the rain. We found PC Mississauga to be very responsive and they have excellent project management. The final outcome was stunning to say the least. We can't stop staring at it! The only thing to keep in mind that we were not prepared for, was after the project was completed there remained excavated areas of about 3-6 inches outside the concrete that the homeowner has to fill in themselves. In our case we needed 40 bags of top soil and grass seed in order to rejuvenate those areas. I will upload photos once this grass grows in.
