The work done was excellent quality with high quality materials used. The job was done within the quoted 2 days which was phenomenal due to the amount of work being done. I would have scored them higher except for 3 things that weren’t done which were: 1: Although a general sweep of the area was done, there was left on my driveway a thick layer of soil from the bobcat going back and forth over it. I would have felt that a power wash of the area would have brought the driveway back to the condition it was in prior to starting the project. Also, there was breaking away of the asphalt at the top of the driveway and gouging in other areas from the bobcat used for the grading. 2: the top of the driveway was cut back to allow for the retaining wall. There ended up with a gap of up to 3-4 inches in some spots and less in others. It was suggested to me that I should go to Home Depot and by asphalt patch and put it in and tamp it down in order to make it look better. I would have thought that the company would have wanted to finish the work themselves in order to showcase the beautiful retaining wall they just installed. 3: The double gates on the fence across the driveway are beautiful but one side should have a bolt installed that keeps it stationary when closed. Again, I was told that I should purchase and install. A very small thing indeed but a finishing touch that if they had done I would have felt they went above and beyond. As it is, they did the required work well but did not fix up anything they had to alter in order to get the work done.

Thoroughly satisfied with the job done. I had Gaelan and his team come in to remove a large spruce and grind down the stump. All work was done safely and with no damage to any property from the branches. All branches and trunk removed from site and the backyard raked clean of all pine cones that were on the ground. No sign of the stump remains, grinding it lower than I thought would be possible. I would gladly recommend their services for anyone looking for landscape services.

My experience with Derek hooking up my hot tub was great. He came on the day and at the time he said he would be here. Derek was the first contractor to quote on the job and the quote I received from him was far below the other quote I received. On site, Derek was extremely helpful by assisting with the placement of the spa as the delivery team were struggling to get the hot tub into the yard. Once the hot tub was here, there was a delivery team of three. Two from the spa store and Derek. I was so impressed with Derek’s work, I have already asked him to provide me a quote for a complete bathroom renovation. I highly recommend Superior Solutions Contracting.

Miro at Infinity Gutter was professional from start to finish. Quote given quickly and was very reasonable. He was able to install the same week. Amount paid was the amount quoted. No hidden costs. Nothing left behind. the old eaves etc were taken away for disposal.
