Michael Smedley in Richmond hill

Jace, the Summers and Smith technician arrived promptly (close to the 1st call of the day) and did a very thorough job checking our 5 year old Lennox furnace. He patiently explained what he was doing and why and also provided some great feedback on how we could reduce energy costs and improve the efficiency of our heating system by running the fan continuously versus running it in auto mode. Jace also checked our thermostat and did a sweep for carbon monoxide using his CO detector. Overall, although I have always been very pleased with Summers and Smith technicians, Jace gets my highest rating.
