Kept cancelling appointments due to their own computer errors
Elite serviced our ice maker, oven and range under warranty in several different appointments. They were easy to communicate with and to set up a convenient appointment. However, from this point on the experience was not so great. For each appointment, they use a text confirmation service that doesn't seem to work...we never received these texts but instead received a phone call informing us that because they hadn't received a response to our text, our appointment was cancelled. In each case, I then had to call in, wait in the phone queue for 10-15 minutes, only to confirm the appointment that I'd set with a customer service rep just the day or two before! This happened for 3 different appointments, even though there was a note in my file for them to call and never to text. This wasted so much of my time! In general the techs were friendly and knowledgeable but the tech servicing an issue with our range made some error when putting it back together and we started getting new electrical issues every once in awhile that required us to reset the breaker...not a great experience overall.
