Gouged for a standard toilet replacement complete with poor workmanship. Inferior quality product ($99-130 toilet), poorly installed with chain requiring adjustment soon after installation, skewed toilet seat. Complete waste of money on all fronts, charging $500 for a $250 job. Would not trust Townsend Plumbing at all.
