An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Nick at Trim Work by Design was there at the time we had set. This is very essential to me since there were contractors before that did not keep their promises as they had scheduled. Sometimes, some would even come as late as three hours. This does not sit well with me since my schedule is very busy and it sets me back a lot. I have to wait at home until the contractor arrives and complete the job so I have a pet peeve about being on time and staying on schedule. Nick was not only on time, but began the project immediately. He was very focused and non-talkative. He gave me the details and then went right into the project. He also used a good assistant so he could finish the job go faster. He did the crown moulding with excellence. I am so happy that I employed this company. They actually have the skill and knowledge that it takes. In fact, there is another project that I have been thinking about lately and right away, I told Nick about it. I hired him to do the extra project right away and he said he would come back the next day to take a look at what needed to be done. It is noticeable that Trim Work by Design is a company that takes pride in customer service and customer satisfaction. They won’t have any challenges to get repeated business from people that they have serviced. I know that I will be telling all of my friends, associates and family members about this great company. and if that is the case, then they will not have any problem getting repeat business.
