After our experience with Home Star Roofing last year, we were thrilled to use them for further work this year. They came right away to complete emergency repairs and scheduled the full remediation work quickly. Their service was friendly and professional and the work was completed in a timely manner. Over the Christmas holidays, we had water leaking into our home at the rear of the house. We called Home Star Roofing and they were able to come take a look that same day. They did a quick temporary repair because the full work could not be completed until the spring and told us that they would come back immediately if any further water damage occurred. Throughout all of our communications with Serg and Andrew they remained professional and courteous and once Andrew came back to complete the full repair he did an excellent job explaining the nature of the issue and providing further explanation to our many questions. While they completed the work they went above and beyond completing a few extra cosmetic fixes at no additional cost and did a full cleanup of the front and back of our house. The team was easy-going, worked extremely hard throughout the day and even came on a holiday to ensure our house didn't receive further water damage due to forecasted rainfall. We will highly recommend Serg and Andrew to any of our friends and family and will certainly use them in the future.
