I have nothing good to say about this store! We ordered 10 small blinds and it took over a month from putting the orders to installing the blinds. Until now, we still miss one blinds not coming yet. I put 2 orders to 2 different houses. After the measurements, I didn't get any call to confirm the order. I went the store TWICE then they confirmed the orders. Later when I picked up the blinds, it turned out they missed one! Unbelievable!!! No other choice, I put another order for the missing one. Because we requested the installation service, I was told that when the missing one is ready, the installer will pick it up and install for us. I thought it will be fine, we just wait. I got the email the missing order is ready to pick up 11 DAYS AGO! Nothing happened. Until yesterday, I called the installer ask what is going on, and he said no email informed him the blinds is ready.... Until now, we still miss one blinds... I am SOOOOOOO disappointed by the service....
