We hired Carlson Construction to install our Metal Roofing. This is a new build, the roof was installed. A few months later a leak was discovered and company will not return to fix the issue. Project is now on hold and they are difficult to deal with. Would not recommend to use this company.

Carlson Construction was hired to install metal tiles provided by customer.
From beginning we agreed that we don't give any kind of warranty for customers material.
Two (2) times Carlson's crew came to customers roof to fix the leak.
Current Progect was under construction for more then 1 year after we installed the roof.
We also could not be responsible for other trades who can and did affect quality of our job.
Carlson Constitution always responsible for their job and materials.
We provide 50 years warranty for metal tiles.
10 years labour warranty.

we are doing a major renovation and we hired Spring Home to do the HVAC install, a gas line extension and provide the furnace and A/C units. I had the pleasure of working closely with Rodina, Cy & George, who were amazing to work with. They are friendly and a well organized company. We have one step left and they are patiently waiting for us to give them the go ahead. I would recommend working with Spring Home.
