We had Air One out at our rental Property , this is the first time we have used this service and did so as they offered the cheapest service call rate , it was over a simple matter with my air conditioner , I paid the company to resolve the issue and left with the understanding that all was good and it was a simple repair and nothing was further required from myself when, I arrived at home I received a call from the tenant , he sent me pictures of Tags on my Hot Water tank and Furnace saying that the venting was in non compliance , I was not informed of a formal inspection of all my gas appliances , I was not told it was tagged until after the Tec had completed it , this is disgusting to blind side a customer like this , all gas appliances were installed by certified gas fitters and both appliances are like new (2-3 years old ) . This looks like a money grab to me , I will never us this service again , I dont recommend this company

At Aire One KW, we are required to follow the Ontario TSSA code book, which mandates that any non-compliance with gas appliances, such as venting issues, must be tagged for safety reasons. We understand that this may have come as a surprise, and we regret not providing more clear communication during the visit.
