Vahid came to measure our countertops. Vahid noticed that one section of our wall was not square. He said he would not have it cut at the factory but would cut it on location to ensure a perfect fit. On the day of installation, his team arrived promptly on time. We live in a condo and elevator booking times are very important. Everything was brought up the elevator without any damage. He began the installation and when it came to the "not square" area, he cut it on the spot, while his assistant had a vacuum to ensure no mess. It fit perfect. When he left, the place was clean and the counters look amazing. Well done Vahid!

When Benjamin contacted me he was polite and accommodating to meeting with me to review the project which included the opening of a wall section to improve our view from our condo. He detailed all of the necessary steps in his quote and a timeline for completion which he stuck to, along with maintaining a very clean dust free environment. Both these factors were very important to me. As for the quality of the work, he is true to the name of his company, Minor Details Matters. Every detail from a flawless blending of the ceiling and existing walls, flooring adjustments, baseboards, paint and overall finish were impeccable. All with a smile, respect and courteousness. I chose to work with Jim because he corresponded in a professional and timely manner from start to finish. When something was out of his scope of expertise, like the backsplash, he provided professionals that could help. Throughout the design process he knew we were looking for a modern look and he fulfilled that need but went beyond, by suggesting ideas that we did not think about, which made the end result even better. He promised the project would be completed in 1 day and it was to virtual perfection. After he left we noticed some minor items that needed addressing. Jim returned in a timely manner and addressed these issues, making the project perfect. On a personal note, Jim is a very polite and respectful person with a lot of integrity. I would work with him again should the need arise.
