When our builder grade furnace started to make noises and virtually stop heating our home, we called several companies looking for quotes. He truly provided us with 5 star service from the moment he arrived in our home. He was kind, thorough, and patient in answering every single question we had. He was so very humble and there was not an ounce of pushiness which we had experienced in the past. This is what won us over and we decided to go with Reliance. Over the next few days, we continued to have several question about different types of furnaces, the payment plan etc... and each time we called or emailed Chris a question, he never made us feel as if we were a nuscience but instead he treated us like long time friends. The team from Reliance came quickly to install our new furnace and Chris dropped in to ensure everything was running smoothly as well as to answer any last minute questions.
