Fence posts came no where to specifications that Gary and I talked about. We spoke about sono tubes being used if the hole was too big. Filled with concrete all concrete being a level 1 or more inches above grade level for the allowing for water drainage away from the bottom of the posts thus providing for longer life of the fence When I came from work the concrete eight inches or more lower then the ground level. When trying to contact Gary to please provide me with information as to how he would be completing this project to meet the specification we both agreed too phone calls emails and texts were ignored. Gary did not complete this project in good faith.
