We did an addition to our back split home to increase the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The renovation turned out even better then we dreamed! We were concerned about the house not having a cohesive look - but as you can see from the photos, it turned our mid-century-modern beautiful! We used Alair from design right through to final construction. They especially aided us in achieving the exterior aesthetic we were hoping for - and did some beautiful vaulted ceiling work on the inside too. The project did go over time due to some trade shortages in Toronto and a permit application delay, however, it did stay on budget and were pleased with the quality of work and the end product. Compared to other construction in our neighborhood, the quality of the work in our house was definitely better, and that was with a modest budget. Greg and John were extremely knowledgeable and were able to give us good advice. We were able to trust them and they were always available for our questions and calls. We made a wise choice and would work with them again.
