Premier windows replaced my double front entry door. From the moment Helmut entered my door to give me a quote until the keys were handed on the new door the team at Premier went above and beyond and gave amazing service. Helmut was very patient and friendly he answered all of my questions on doors and provided me pricing on many different doors and options. He was never pushy and allowed me to take the time I need to find a door I would really love. What is amazing about Premier doors is that they took care of all the details I did not need to worry about anything. They did not just install a door and walk away they made sure that the door tied seamlessly to the house. In my case as the house is over 30 years old this meant some addition framing, reinforcing the step, and adding cladding.

I cannot say how impressed I am by the work carried out be Verdun at my home. This was a very large job with many windows to replace. The sales rep, Mike was great at ensuring all of my questions were answered, and that I was comfortable choosing Verdun to replace my windows. As the windows were removed there were many "discoveries" including ants, squirrels, and rot. The installation team of Andre and Gabe were AMAZING!!! What a pleasure to have them in my home! They were so professional and proud of their work. They took the time to rectify any issues they saw in and around the windows and went above and beyond what was required to make sure that when the job was completed it was completed. There was no stress, and I didn't have to worry about getting "nickel and dimed" over small things. They cleaned up work areas so the house was kept as clean as possible in the circumstances. If I could I would hire Andre and Gabe for every repair in my house. There was no fuss with this company. They took care of everything!! Thanks so much Verdun!!

My chimney had approx 30 years of water damage. I began getting quotes for repair of the brick. Unlike other companies Forever Masonry responded quickly to my emails and provided a quote at a fair price which was more reasonable than the competitors. Anton gave me a full description of the work he would be doing, and was able to squeeze me in for a fall booking even though it was the end of the season. The repair looks amazing. Anton was able to match the existing brick (even though the original is no longer manufactured) and the work looks amazing! He was efficient and left the job site clean. Following the work he phoned and made sure I knew exactly how he repaired the chimney. Forever Masonry offers a 7 year warranty and conducts themselves like a professional business. Many of the other masonry companies I called didn't show up for appointments, didn't get back to me with quotes, or their quotes were way beyond the scope of the project. I would 100% recommend this company!
