My family and I purchased a Sundance hot tub from Ken at Sunspa this spring. Chelsee model. Staff were knowledgeable, kind and low/no pressure. We spoke about various models in the industry and aside from being directed to a web sites for reviews of their products there was no mention of anything negative directed at other retailer products. Delivery was scheduled professionally and without delay, tub was moved in (kudos to a very innovative yard entry), filled up and chemicals set before I was walked through the process of operation. Oliver didn't leave the site until everything was set and all of my questions answered. Good experience well done guys.
