What an amazing experience! I'm so thrilled that we chose to go with Closets by Design. From the initial consultation and quote process with Vicki to the installation with Guy (and of course the production team), it was an enjoyable and seamless process. It was important for us to stay local so I initially contacted their Barrie office from their website and was responded to right away. I was in touch with Vicki who scheduled a consult and measurement at my home. She was a delightful woman with lots of design knowledge. She met with my husband and I and was very collaborative to help us stay within budget. Very willing to listen and never pushy. I must have changed my mind about 3 times but Vicki always quick to respond and make sure that we were satisfied. Installation by Guy was a 2 day process (3 closets) and he was a joy to have in my home. Top notch white glove service. Guy was respectful of my home and our 2 cats. Project site was kept spotless and floors were covered for protection. We are so excited with the end result - it's amazing how much more storage we now have in our bedrooms as a result. I contacted SO CLEAN based on a google search and HomeStar reviews. Adel immediately set my mind at ease that I had chosen wisely. He answered all my questions on the phone and was very professional and accommodating. Ahead of my service date, I received an email confirming my appointment, a copy of the work order and what to expect. Ahead of my appointment time, I received a call from the technician Matthew that he was on his way. Matthew and his partner were very pleasant and knowledgeable, took their shoes on & off each time they came into my house, treated another spot on my carpet at no extra charge, reviewed the work with me both before and after, and payment was quick & easy. Highly recommended and will definitely hire them again. I'm told they also do duct cleaning!
