Our large stainless kitchen sink had dropped down about an inch. I contacted Oni and we scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He was on time and assessed the situation right away. He replaced the seal and also suggested installing supports to reinforce the hold. He was very efficient, neat and personable. Thanks so much for a great job!

Did a such for a company to repair my fridge this morning around 8am and received an immediate response from Star Alliance Repair. They gave me 3 two hour windows to choose from for same day service. The technician texted before arrival, made a quick bit thorough diagnosis and the job, including a trip out to pick up a part was finished within 2 hours. Andy communicated all necessary information in terms I could understand and was very neat and polite. I have to say the whole experience was pretty amazing, I am impressed and so happy my refrigerator was repaired and that I didnt have to buy a new one. Would definitely recommend this company for expediency and value (less than I thought). Once again, VERY impressed
