Great product but very poor installation. Onkar was very professional and provided a great pre and post customer service experience himself. But unfortunately, his installation crew was very unprofessional - progress was very slow and numerous mistakes were made. Bottom line is, Onkar really needs to establish a better communication flow with his installers and perhaps hire a more professional crew.

We're in the process of a relocation and 'Mississauga Appraisals' was hired to conduct an appraisal on our property. Adrian arrived late. He then conducted a rushed appraisal. There was no professionalism or courtesy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! They offer a very poor service. To our amazement, days after the appraisal, Adrian contacted us to confirm whether our house was 3200 Sq. Ft or 3800 Sq. Ft. This demonstrates how little attention was paid to our property.

Our attic needed a cleanup. The insulation needed to be replaced and mould needed to be fully remediated. We contacted numerous companies - their estimates were ridiculous. We finally stumbled across Templar. Robert was very approachable. Both work crews were phenominal in their professional conduct and quality of workmanship. There was zero mess in the house as most of the work was conducted from outside. The work was completed on time and the after sales service was excellent. The bottom line is ... the work was done very efficiently, with effective results and all at a very reasonable cost. We would strongly recommend this company and would re-use their services without any hesitation whatsoever.
