We needed to replace the entry door on our century home with something traditional looking that matched the character of our home. We were limited in options that still offer a real wood door. Working with Roya they were at a median price point for a wood door, but the customer service was beyond excellent in responsiveness, design, and quoting. They were able to give us exactly what we were looking for is style, stain, hardware etc. We were quoted 8-10 weeks for manufacturing, at the end of the 8th week we were called that the door was complete and we booked an install 9 weeks from the date of ordering. The installers showed up on time, we’re very professional and treated my wife well. The installers went above and beyond utilizing some of our old casing material to trim in the door as well as install our new doorbell and mailbox. I can not remind Roya and the team at Master Boor enough to anyone looking for a new door.

We had our basement drain back up. I called at 12:00pm and spoke with Lisa who was able to shuffle schedules and get us an opening between 3:00 and 5:00pm the same day. The Plumber Robert arrived just after 3:00 and was very professional and friendly with my wife, he took the time to explain what he was doing and where the problems were. Instead of letting my wife put me on the phone with Robert, he went over everything with her and made sure that she understood what was happening so she could explain it to me herself. Both my wife and I were very impressed with Robert's thoroughness and the fact he took the time to educate instead of rushing to get the job done. Being new to Toronto, I now wont have to hesitate when trying to find a plumber in the future because Robert and Rooter-Man will always be my first call.
