Annual maintenance for Central Air Conditioner (and previously for my furnace and fireplace).
Brandon Baldwin has been my 'go-to' employee from Roy Inch and Sons Service Experts for my annual Furnace, fireplace and central air conditioning at my home. I trust Brandon to provide the quality service I have come to expect. Brandon always calls in advance to let me know the actual time of his arrival, and this is very much appreciated. He is always most respectful, professional and congenial while at my home. He knows my home quite well now and always cleans up following his work. Brandon possesses the necessary skills to ensure the highest standard of work. He never appears rushed to get the job done and takes the time to clearly discusses the findings of his work with me. Brandon does not hesitate to request a 'second opinion' if required, and that is exactly what he did on my last service call in terms of my air conditioning unit. He understands the importance of preventative maintenance and my need for reassurance in terms these major appliances in my home. I prefer only to have Brandon to continue with this work in my home, unless of course a 'specialist' is required.
