Demitri came to install the new humidifier, explained all options, completed work in a professionally and timely manner, cleaned-up and everything works as expected. I would definitely recommend HVAC Outsource and thank them for easily completing this project.

During a full renovation, we needed to renovate the stairs too. For railings we wanted to replace the balusters with window and we finally worked with Apex Glass & Mirror. After sending pictures with all railings and approximate sizes, Nick promptly sent us a quote plus several suggestions. He also answered quickly to our following questions. After agreeing to start the work, we had Tony coming to our house to get the exact sizes, one week later he came with templates to check and adjust if necessary and after another 4 weeks we had them installed. All fit perfectly in railings and look great. We really appreciated working with this company.

This company had a promotion in October on several WEB sites like DealFind and TeamBuy offering to clean up to 2,500sqf for $35 involving 3 hours of work. At the time of the offer I tried to check this company but I did not find anything which could have meant it was new. After promotion ended, you were able to schedule your appointment but not sooner than 30 days (this is the period when you can get a refund for the purchased coupon). The scheduling was performed on a third-party WEB site (OpenCal) and the time frame was 2 hours in which the technician was supposed to clean 2,500sqf and get to the next house which could have been 30 km away. Everything was fishy but too late. Obviously nobody showed-up at appointment time. Nobody answers at their phone and you cannot leave a message because the voicemail is full. Useless to say that nobody answers your emails. These are scammers.

I had an unfortunate experience with T.R. Paving a company supposed to redo and extend my driveway. Unfortunately at that time I did not find their unsatisfactory record with BBB: Briefly about my experience: - I signed a contract on Feb 2006 to have the driveway finished by May 2006. - Their official address (probably a PO Box) is shared by at least another 4 companies - Their phone is answered by an answering company forwarding the messages so there is no way to contact them directly - After 4 months of waiting I repeatedly asked through fax and BBB to have the contract cancelled and the downpayment ($300) returned with no answer. - After 8 months I was called by Vince that they may come and do excavation and paving within the same day. Obviously I refused having a driveway cracked in 1 week afterwards. They are rude, inconsiderate and the only way to recover my downpayment, as they told me, is to sue them in civil court. You should rather stay away from this company.
