I've worked with Sal Costa before. I got his name through a painter friend of mine who's worked with Sal before. As a home owner, it's really nice to have an electrician whom you can trust on hand when you need them. I am currently renting my basement apartment and my tenant wrote me to say that one of the electrical plates had burnt (likely over time). This made me very nervous as it sounded like a complete hazard. Sal was able to meet with me a week or so later (we didn't use the plug until he replaced it). He replaced the outlet and it is still going strong. We've also changed around where the appliances are plugged in so it won't happen again (hopefully!). I also took advantage of Sal being there as I was switching insurers and I needed a letter from an ESA contractor (of which he is one) that the electrical up to standards for renting. He was able to work with me on what the insurers were looking for and I sent that on to the insurer for approval. All in all, I'm happy with Sal's work and will use him going forward for any issues.

I first met Courtney about five years ago as I was needing to replace my soffit and fascia. Though Courtney is in the beach and I am west end, I wanted to work with him as he came highly touted. He has been around a long time and has done many projects. Needless to say, I ask Courtney every fall around November to clean my eaves troughs once the leaves have fallen. There have been some years where he can't make the trek to my area and I've had to resort to using other services. However, if I had my choice, I would ask Courtney to clean the eaves every year. The only reason I didn't give him a full 10 star is that he is difficult to pin down as he is a busy man. So I would say that though he is responsive, his availability is sometimes difficult. However, this could be that I am about a 40-minute drive for him.

I had a great experience with Craig as he took down my front tree after having been told by the City that it was dead and needed to be removed. As discussed, the trunk was left, but the rest was taken down. I would definitely recommend CB Trees.

I would recommend Brock Windows & Doors as they did a great job at installing my three windows. The sales rep was courteous, prompt and professional. I had three windows installed. A awning (opens) and two picture windows (don't open) and it all looks great.

I found Craig on the yellowpages website. When I spoke with him, he was very friendly and said he would come by to quote. He did so in the next couple of days and this past Saturday the tree was down. It was great because the City has ordered it down, so it was great that Craig and his team were available to take it down with such a tight turnaround.
