Ally in Toronto

I would recommend this company and Alex (my sales contact) to anyone and especially those who don't have a personal recommendation to make a decision on. I'll tell you why! I went to the National Home Show to gather some business cards and talk to some sales people, about doors...when I came across a small booth demonstrating air conditioners. The product looked compact and modern and I couldn't even tell they were on, they were so whisper quiet. I wanted to talk to the salesperson...but there's was a small cue waiting for his time. So I talked to the people in line instead.  The were people from all over looking for that exact air conditioner, but also from this exact company. Their opinions on the Mr.Slim unit and their experience with Canada's? Home Renovation Depot... STILL didn't win me over. It was actually Alex himself, who showed up to my house, went over all the details of the contract, the installation and the warranty... That I decided to sign and hand over my VERY reasonable deposit. The service has been nothing but fantastic since. My crazy schedule, the picky condo corporation, the excellence and professionalism of the installers (redirecting the tubing so the water run off a goes into my cedar tree!!) and Alex's immediate replies to all of my text messages. This is a top notch Toronto (GTA) company. I hope this gives peace of mind to anyone considering Canada's Home Renovation Depot. You won't be disappointed. All the best.
