After you have a company install windows in your home, you never think about whether they will honor the warranty included with the sale. As we went to list our house we realized one of the window latch mechanisms had separated inhibiting one of our window to close properly. The windows were installed 5 years ago by Aztech and of course we had thrown out the warranty agreement long ago. I called, explained the situation to Myron and he immediately assured me, his company would be out to fix the issue. I sent a couple of pictures and true to his word, he came with the broken part and fixed the issue himself. Myron knew our house sale was closing soon and decided it was quicker to come himself instead of us waiting for one of his service technicians to be available. Myron demonstrated to us that "service & customer satisfaction" is an an integral part of what it means to buy Aztech Windows products.

Second time I have used this company and again they exceeded expectations. Grout replaced in ensuite shower, floor grout recolored and grout colour changed in master bathroom and silicon caulking replaced in both showers. Picture of ensuite after shower floor regrout. A team of three took care of all work within 2+ hours. The refresh was prior to sale which happened three days after they left and I believe the bathroom revitalization contributed to the quick sale. Even our Real Estate agent was impressed with the transformation. These guys work hard, laid tarps to protect the house before they started and clean up was impeccable. Really appreciative of the quality of the work.

After working with several Kitchen Design companies (non Ikea), the design journey became extremely frustrating as their kitchen designers were ignoring my plans for how I wanted to use my new kitchen. Taking a break from the custom route, I decided to see how Ikea would interpret my design. I liked the functionality of the product but the design company Ikea sent out to work up a plan were mediocre and I knew I would have to settle on a kitchen design that was routine. At that point I knew the Ikea product was what I wanted to use, however, I needed to find an independent contractor who could deliver the vision I wanted. In walked Lee. A master of his craft, with more than 10,000 hours of experience and when he asked me the simple question" how do you want to use your kitchen", I was hooked. I had already looked at pictures of his finished product on his website so I knew he was skilled. Every design feature I through at him, he would say to me I can make that happen and he fully delivered on that. From building my toast station, to a full cabinet wall with a drawer for table linens and a space to add a charging station. Pull out drawers that house all my appliances, a wall slot for cutting boards etc. Lights in all drawers, cabinets and a touch sensitive garbage door rounded it out. Working with Lee was easy and within a week he had the bulk of the kitchen installed. A second visit once the kitchen counters were in allowed him to finish the full cabinet wall. An outstanding experience from start to finish!

Just got my kitchen floor grout cleaned and was very impressed with the care and detail the chaps took in restoring the grout. As well as cleaning the grout lines/tiles, they filled in all the cracked grout with a special compound, then re-coloured the grout and sealed it. The floor looks better than brand new... Both Clement and Carvel were a pleasure to work with.....they ran a little late getting here in the morning but called and let me know..... thanks GroutMasters.

Outstanding work. Milorad is a true craftsmanship who likes what he does and its reflected in the end product. He tiled two full bathrooms for us - Glass/Porcelain in one and Porcelain in the other. Beautiful work. We did not get a second quote. His price was in line with work we had done on another house in the past and the reviews for his work spoke volumes on how well he tiled and they were 100% correct. He was punctual, keep the workspace clean and finished on time. Milorad is back with us the end of the month to tile our entryway and we know this work will be completed with the same skill and percision as the last. Mark & Jamie

Amazing results! Richard returned my call promply, found an opening in his schedule and within 2 hours last Wednesday morning my two renovated bedrooms were sporting their brand new, perfectly trimmed out Crown Mouldings! I did not get a second quote, his reputation on this site is outstanding (for very good reasons) and the price quoted was reasonable. Our new dining room light had been in its box for seven months waiting to get to the top of my husband's to do list. I called a local electrician to come and give us a quote three weeks ago and after he visited our house told us he would call and setup a date to install. He never called. I found Java Electric on the web through HomeStars and sent them an email on Sunday afternoon. That same evening Pavel called and after discussing the installation let me know they could fit us in during the time we had available, Tuesday evening. True to their word, Pavel and Antonio (the owner) came buy on time and immediately went to work. When was the last time you had an electrical contractor put down cloths to protect your floors/furniture against any type of debris from drilling in the ceiling? Well Java does. Within a short period of time the light was up, any evidence they were there was cleaned up. My husband and I were truly impressed with: their attention to detail; patience in explaining how the light would be attached to the ceiling (we couldn't figure out how to hang one of the ceiling attachments for the light and neither could Union Electric where the light came from); friendliness and fair pricing. It really is a pleasure to write this review for a contractor that actually "delighted the customer", its been a long time since that's happened to us. We highly recommend this company for your next electrical project.

Called GTA Wildlife to remove what we thought to be large critters in the Attic. From the first phone call to the actual visit, Troy was friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs. Turned out we had very active and heavy footed mice which Troy took care of. Highly recommend this service and Troy to anyone. We will have them back in the Spring to deal with our fast footed ants!
