Happy Customer in

I was having problems getting someone to change my dryer vent. Houzz came up with Megahand. George arrived on time and not only unclogged all the lint, but changed the old plastic one, to a new metal one. He also fixed my hot water tap problem, he gave loads of advise on other problems. The opening for the vent had to be cut out larger to fix the dryer vent problem, and he suggested a trap door to close it. Now I can pull it open if I need to access it again. Excellent work, and friendly service!

From start till finish I was completely happy with this company. Good pricing and excellent service. Shannon makes you feel very relaxed and follows up all the way through. You even get to see the slab of stone at the warehouse instead of a tiny sample. The crew that installed the new counters were very efficient. The best part was not having to wait more than a week for the new counters to be ready! I'd tried to go through a big box store, and they were over priced, and did not give me the entire story of how their setup worked. It is very lucky for me that I found Elements of Stone.
