We called and the next day, Talib arrived on time to take care of our carpenter ants and mice problem. Since he came to treat our pest problems, we have not seen any ants (except dead ones), and have not heard any more mice at night (at first we still heard them of course, but after a few days, the poison seems to have worked). Talib was very pleasant and polite and assured us that the problem would be taken care of. He also explained how the products the company used were safe, especially since we have small children. Thanks Talib - we would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has pest problems.

For this renovation, we ended up with a good final product but it was a stressful process in getting there. Some of the stressful issues we encountered are outlined below: For this renovation we ended up paying more than expected. Some of the extra charges were planned/expected add-ons to the project; however, other extra charges were billed for tasks that, in our opinion, should have been included in the scope of the project/quote. The quote provided was written in stages instead of an itemized breakdown which would have been clearer as to the individual tasks and associated costs. As a result, we found the costing associated with the add-on work difficult to understand. This was exacerbated by the fact that we were often not given the price for specific tasks until the task had been completed – leaving us in a poor position to negotiate or dispute the costs. In terms of timelines, the project took more than double the estimated time. We knew going in that renovations can take longer than planned due to unforeseen circumstances; however, the time estimate was increased even before the work began and extended again shortly after the start of the project. It may have been useful to have the timelines written into the contract. At the end of the day, the renovation was completed, and we were satisfied with the end product. However, it was the day to day dealings with the lead contractor that we found to be stressful. We would not recommend this contractor.

We asked Paul to come and try and figure out an odour that we were smelling throughout our house that we pinpointed coming through the vents, originating from the furnace. Paul suggested a hepa filter might work to get rid of the odour. His suggestion proved to be the best solution and we are now enjoying clean and odourless air that is constantly being circulated thoughout the house. The air in the house feels so fresh now, and just feels cleaner. Thank you to Paul for making this suggestion, and following up to make sure this was really working to get rid of the odour. We were totally stumped by this problem, and he was the only one that was willing to suggest different options to us. Thanks for solving our problem!! I would totally recommend Paul and his team to anyone who thinks they need to have any work done to do with "air" in their home or workplace.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and trustworthiness of these 2 gentlemen and about how thorough they were in the cleaning of our house. Our house had not had the ducts cleaned since it was built nearly 30 years ago. The cleaning that this company does is very thorough - they go to every single vent duct in the house and clean it thoroughly. They also looked at our furnace and made sure it was in working order and also helped with cleaning and replacing a filter on the humidifier. Paul and Joe were prompt in their response to my phone call, and never charged me a penny more than what they had quoted for the job. A job well done. I would totally recommend this company to anyone who has any need for duct cleaning, but also any issues concerning furnaces, and air quality. Thanks Paul and Joe!
