Received great customer service, were provided with detailed explanations on the different types of hardwood and assisted in making a decision for the best fit in our house. They have a lot to choose from, and great prices! I would certainly recommend the store.

Very professional. Work was done at high quality, a lot of attention to detail. Work was also done in a very clean manner - surrounding surfaces were clean and not damaged. Courteous, timely service. Quality is outstanding, will be hiring Pilot Reno for all our home projects and improvements, found a contractor I can trust. (excuse the poor lights, tile is white but because of the lighting its difficult to see)
