Awesome mover!!! Third time using El Cheapo and they continue to exceed my expectations. Amazingly well run company and some of the nicest, politest, most accommodating movers I have ever met. From a easy, clear, concise, detailed booking experience, to confirmation and follow up, to some of the best movers in the business showing up. Ahmed and Allen handled a very detailed move with one pick up and then 3 subsequent drop off destinations without any issue or complaint. From picking up in Leaside, 2 stops in the Beach, with additional picking up there to the final destination in Oakville they were exemplary. Everyone along the way said they they were some of the best and wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend. Great job El Cheapo, Ahmend and Allen!

Hard repair in a tight space to our kitchen plumbing in the crawl space of our 160 year old property. Herb and Jeff showed up and completed it within an hour. Honestly have no idea how they worked in such a tight space. Great work, great service, great guys! Still waiting for the other plumber that booked an appointment with us but never showed LOL! Would recommend without hesitation.

I had Tom originally install our locks and crash gates in our office almost three years ago. Due to a change in cleaning staff I thought it better to have all the locks changed. I contacted Tom on a Monday morning at 8 and by 10am he was here completing the work. This guy is without question one the most hardworking, respectable, quick to respond people you will find...in any of the trades out there. I would recommend Tom and Victory Locks without hesitation! Once again, Homestars was the place to turn to. I contacted Dave based on his great reviews. He returned my call promptly and we discussed my needs. We have a graphic design studio in Mid-town and wanted someone in to clean the studio every two weeks. Dave told me he was going to send his associate, Kelly, to meet me and discuss our needs. I am so glad he did. Kelly was great. We discussed our needs, timing and price and she started last weekend. Our office has never been cleaner, the fridge more organized (LOL), right down to the gleaming vent in the washroom. She even took the paper towel holder home from the washroom to remove the price sticker....WHO DOES THAT!!!!! Would recommend Kelly without hesitation and look forward to a long relationship. Tom from Victory Locks is amazing. Honestly, the level of service, commitment to timelines and communication is not something I have encountered or even expect in dealing with renovators or the trades. I called Tom, he confirmed, he showed up and estimated all within 24 hours. I took a week to commit, then called and within 24 hours he was back on site with samples, taking final measurements for the security gates that I wanted installed. 2 business days later Tom emailed and advised that he WOULD BE ON-SITE AT 11:30 AM. AND HE WAS!!!! This is amazing, because sadly I don't usually expect anyone in the trades to show up on time, sometimes not at all. Tom upgraded the materials, installed additional components and left the site spotless. He finished the installation last night and then emailed me at 10:30 pm that the installation was complete and it was a pleasure working with us. And I am still waiting for a quote from one other company LOL!
