Couldn't be happier with such an honest organization. Let me start by saying that other contractors on Homestars quoted me $100 minimum just to show up and diagnose the problem. When I explained that I had busted my furnace while installing a new thermostat, Dan immediately had a hunch that it was a fuse that broke. He didn't want me having to pay $75+ for such an easy straightforward fix - so he walked me through step by step using pictures I sent him. Free of charge! If I do run into more complex HVAC problems in the future, this company will definitely be my go-to guys.
