I have been with Deluxe Alarm for the past 10 years. In all honesty, I had never heard of them, I was referred to them by my builder. I thought, since Arista being one of the best builders, Deluxe would be reliable too. Fortunately, I didn’t have to regret that decision. From the time of installation, the work was very neat and professional. They are also very quick in responding to the alarms. If the number is not reachable they promptly try alternate numbers provided. They have been quite reliable and that’s what you want from your alarm company. Upon renewal of my contract, I had to negotiate a bit but they offered me a renewed rate as well as promotions offered at the time. Their offer was acceptable and I have decided to renew my contract.

I like to put down my appreciation and thanks to Teletime Superstore and its staff specially Yuvi and Hussain. My wife and I had an excellent experience at the Markham location. The staff were not only helpful but gave us their full dedicated time and shared the pros and cons of all the items we were interested in purchasing. We initially went to buy a TV but ended up buying a Blue Ray Dvd Player too. We re-visited again to purchase an upright freezer and also bought a sound bar. They had excellent customer service and not only do they match the prices with some of the big stores, but beat it too. I highly recommend this location to all of you and I am sure you will also enjoy the experience as much as we did. A very happy customer.
