I requested to cancel my service in Nov. 2016. Still being billed today. I had ~2 years left on contract at $50/month. Cancellation cost was $1200. Basically they expect to pay for 2 years of full service even though they are providing ZERO service. Monitoring was turned off in Nov. Also, they installed very little equipment (because most was pre-existing) and I paid $400-500 for initial install. Customer service rep was extremely rude. Will not negotiate.
