Finished Basement + Tile Replacement
We hired Remodel Construction to finish our basement and we are very pleased with how it turned out. Chris and his team did an excellent job and they were great to work with! We hired Remodel because Chris was open and honest with us about our project from the start. He came to the house to take measurements and provide us with a proper quote and his price was fair and reasonable. (Other companies only provided rough quote by phone) This project also included replacement of our powder room and entrance porcelain tile that we added on partway through the project. My wife and I are both architects and can be fairly particular with the aesthetics. There were a few items that we wanted to change along the way and Chris was able to work with us to make sure we were happy with the outcome. For example, originally, we planned a wood railing/pickets, however we did not like how the detail of the pickets was going to intersect the ceiling. Chris was able to provide us a few options and we were able to change to a heavier looking railing with metal pickets, which was definitely a better choice! Chris and his team have great communication. I was always kept apprised of the schedule and when various trades would be working on the basement. Additionally, Chris was always available to discuss the project at every step. All of our floors were protected while they were working and the work site was left very clean at the end of every day. They also did a great job of controlling the dust during the entire project. We would definitely recommend Remodel Construction and will be giving them a call for our next project.

Protecting your home is important we have dust control fans that we use in the windows and several products for your floors depending if it’s carpet or hard floors.
