I own a Maytag stainless steel microwave, over the range, & it had stopped heating my items. Everything in the unit worked: clock, fan, light, however, it would not heat, nor defrost. I found Appliance Repair Company in a Google search. & they sent out a technician the next day. A part needed to be ordered, & installed for it to heat up food. The technician explained the pros & cons of ordering a part to fix my unit or should I go buy a new one. It was in my best interest to have my unit repaired, as it saved me from having to add/remove my expensive marble backsplash tile, plus, my unit was a full on stainless steel unit, no plastic parts. It was already 15yrs old, & would last me an additional 15-20 yrs repairing it! I was sold! The technicians were amazing! Clean, professional & highly skilled! Can’t recommend them enough! Their ability to repair my existing microwave over the range, saved me a lot of hassle! Very grateful!
