We had Guildwood install a new roof about 4 years ago. They were referred to us from a neighbor who had their roof installed by Guildwood. Simon provided a very competitive quote against 3 other major roofing companies. Importantly, he identified all the same concerns with our roof, provided more realistic solutions, proposed higher quality materials, was super helpful throughout the process, could work with our schedule, and ultimately, I decided to use them. The work was completed in one day, exactly on budget, looks amazing, and importantly, I haven’t worried about the roof at all! We have had only one minor issue with our roof due to animals! Simon was amazingly helpful, fixed everything and we are back to a perfect roof. Simon is an expert roofer with experience, who is genuinely happy and wants to do a great job all while providing outstanding service. This was very much appreciated. I would recommend him without any reservation; and have in fact referred at least 2 other people to Guildwood since our job.

Last year, I had Brandon coordinate with a new sod install and complete all of the underground sprinkler installation. It ran all season, and Brandon recently came back this year and reopened the system. From the very beginning, he has been a great contractor, is very clear in what he thinks is needed, costs, and what to expect; and importantly, his final work was excellent. he has always been clear with appointments and shown up on time and finished all work within his initial timeframe. In the install, he worked really well with another company to ensure everything matched and was done on time. We have had no issues with the system coming up to a year old. As a result, all of the landscaping looks amazing. He has shown great customer service over the last year. so for all of these reasons, I would highly recommend this company. Paul and Marko showed up right on time, got to work, were friendly and very courteous, did a great job on the install, cleaned up everything, and managed to get the job done a bit earlier than predicted. All in all, happy with the install. Prior to that, very comfortable with the owner, David, who came out before and set it all up. Great experience and highly recommend.
