My wife and I planned a large renovation to replace 12 windows and 3 doors. The windows included very large windows, triple pane glass, brick to brick installation as well as concrete cutouts turning a window into a patio door and installing a new door at the side of our garage (one of the only companies that could do this within the project and provide a guarantee for their work). The other amazing part, the team was able to get the existing windows out without disturbing the stucco on the top floor. Other companies we received quotes from, this was a point of contention. Aztech guaranteed the work, planned for it and in there was absolutely no issues. The team from Aztech were fantastic to work with, their no-pressure sales team truly had our best interests and project vision in mind through the process. With any project of this size there was a few hiccups noticed after installation. We contacted Aztech, and they provided excellent post-installation support to remediate the discoveries quickly. Their cleanup at the end was excellent, and all complete on time and on-budget. I would highly recommend them without hesitation for any size window and door project.

** Update 2, April 2019. Joe showed up as promised, and after a bit of discussion he repaired the few shingles that had been damaged. It was definitely a more pleasant experience this time, thanks Joe! ** Update, April 2019. Looks like we had a few more shingles blown off and contacted the company once more. They've acknowledged there must be an unknown issue during the original job and have promised to make it right. They're coming this weekend to attempt to rectify the issue, I'll post a follow-up after the meet this weekend. ** Sprint 2018 It was 6 years into a 10 year warranty, and unfortunately the warranty not honored. When contacting the company, they did not answer the phone and their mailbox is full. After getting a hold of them, we scheduled an appointment and they did not show up. When asked about the warranty, I was told it was "common sense" that they wouldn't guarantee their shingles won't blow off the roof because of strong winds. The winds were above normal, 100km although with a newer shingling it would be expected to not come up. After getting up their to take care of the problem with a couple brothers, we realized there may be either a workmanship problem, and/or a physical issue with the shingles themselves. There were shingles with nails driven straight through, missing the the second shingle underneath due nailing too high and not in the correct area, or nailing on the edge of the shingle (rendering the nail useless). After this experience, I would have a hard time recommending them.
