This week I had the opportunity to use the services of Precision Gutters and I have to say that the staff were absolutely amazing. I had my first meeting withmy sales representativewho came to my home and spent a good hour discussing with me my needs and what would be the best route to go. He listened to my concerns and was very helpful in giving me some suggestions that would work for me. After meeting him- I was sold on using Precision Gutters. Then I had the opportunity to meet two lovely gentlemen who came to my home on time and they installed the gutters for me. Between the two of them, they have over 25 years of customer service in this field and they certainly are " experts" in what they do. They were both very polite and took the time to answer any questions that I had (as I always have questions). They made sure to mention to me that there is a warranty and if there is any problem, to please call them as they will be there in a instance. When they left they made sure that everything was clean and tidy and they took the old gutters away with them. Then I had the opportunity to meet a women who took care of the accounting piece and she was amazing as well. I have already referred Precision Gutters to my family and friends. If you are going to pick a company - no need to waste your time shopping around.. This company is the one for you.!! and ALL the staff was AMAZING!
