Remediation - leaking window; damage to walls/floor
Overall, we were happy with the quality of work provided by MSZ. They were adept at determining what the problem was and offering a solution. Their original estimate was well laid out and came in lower than other company quotes we had received. Our main disappointment was with the timeline. Our understanding was that the project might take one week max to complete but morphed into two months. There were various technicians that came through our house to complete the work which was also not our first choice. Our project manager was very pleasant to deal with - however at times difficult to reach and didn't always follow through on time commitments. MSZ was good about offering out some "extras" to make up for some of the delays and that was very much appreciated.

Getting a high quality project completed on time and on budget are our major priorities. Although we scored well with you on budget and quality we did not receive a passing grade on our time commitments. For that failure, we are truly sorry. Our team has discussed the areas where we could have done better and have already implemented some changes to avoid this happening again. Although we can never make up for the lengthy process on your project I am glad the additional services we provided at no charge made some amends with you.
