Met with Mateo back on Sept last year and picked out a great front entry door. Chose to go with Milano because of Mateo. He was honest and gave me a good deal. Other quotes were a bit cheaper, but I didnt feel as comfortable with the overall value. Mateo provided a reinforced multi-point locking system and great handle. I waited almost a year to post - install happened in late Nov 2021 - to see how the door performed. It has worked flawlessly! One weird thing that I liked was the quality of the keys provided with this door. They feel solid. There is no chance they would snap off in cold weather. Anyways, I couldnt be happier with the doors performance and with how Mateo treats his customer. Will certainly look to upgrade my patio door with Milano. Thank you. Mike in Whitby

Spoke to the owner John, and explained the scope of the role: I had just needed to finish insulating the basement bottom half of the inside-walls to satisfy the Energy Audit. He was great, banged out a fair price, and within 4 days sent two detail-oriented guys to complete the work. They moved the washer dryer back into place and did a very good job in about an hour. Overall very happy: fair price for solid work. Would use them again.

Hired Mark’s company after reading reviews on Homestars. Called and Mark came out promptly and provided a written, detailed quote with the scope of the work. He wasn’t the cheapest, but certainly was thorough and only a bit higher in price. Mark was easy to work with and provided me confidence the job would be done right. The installation was done by two employees, in under 2 hours, and was done neatly. The guys kept me updated while I was working from home, with no disruption. With the bathroom fan install, Charlie went into the attic to ensure the connection was thorough and sealed properly. They even installed a cool timer with varying intervals for the fan to run and shut-off automatically. The pot light makes the room look bigger and much brighter than the builder-grade fixture they took down. Overall I was very impressed with the work and quality of materials. For sure I would hire Mark’s company again.
