John and his team from Mr. Potlight did a fantastic job - punctual, professional. I’m very pleased with the results (had 8 lights installed in kitchen). Work was done in under two hours and the room was left very clean. Would definitely hire again.

I really couldn't be happier with our new shower - Doug and his crew did an outstanding job last week. Our home is about 22 years old and we needed to replace a shower without gutting the whole bathroom. From the start, Doug was punctual, communicated promptly and professionally, and quoted a fair price. He said it would take three days, and it took three days -- I was impressed, since I've had issues before with jobs dragging on with other contractors. In the end, we elected to replace the shower (completely new, with recessed shelf and new glass door), put in a new toilet, re-caulk everything in the bathroom, for a general "refresh". The work done was top-notch (excellent tile work) and the entire site was left clean and tidy when they left. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

We wanted to replace my mom’s worn-out, 20-year-old deck and were looking for something low maintenance and well-built. I interviewed six recommended contractors and eventually chose Royal Innovation. Adam was professional and polite, and impressed us with his knowledge about the process and options. All his references spoke highly of him and we felt the quote was fair for Trex and an aluminum railing. We are very, very pleased with the results! The crew did great work, were clean and tidy with minimal disruption to the property, and worked quickly (no disappearing for days as with some contractors!). I would definitely recommend Royal Innovation and would hire them again. Fantastic job!

Really impressed with the quality of work and customer service! I was somewhat nervous about getting the work done and had been putting it off due to some less-than-stellar experiences I'd had with tradespeople before. But from start to finish, the staff at Home Painters Toronto were very professional and organized. They returned my call quickly, had someone come by for a written estimate the same week, and were able to do the work within a couple of weeks. I had the "Florida" ceiling (flourescent tubes) in my kitchen ceiling removed and replaced with potlights. It involved drywall, electrical and painting. I also asked to have all doors, doorframes and baseboards painted. The Project Supervisor arrived on the first day to oversee the work and was easy to work with. He also checked in regularly throughout the project. All the staff - Remon, Visar, Nunzio and Don were punctual, polite and did great work. I couldn't find a single drop of paint on the carpet and lines were super precise (I'm very picky). The ceiling is flawless. I'm very pleased. I would definitely recommend this company again!

Rimas and his crew did a fantastic job. They replied promptly to my request for a quotation, provided a fair price, and did an excellent job recaulking the windows and vents on my mother's 17 year-old-house. I was really impressed at how professionally and cleanly the work was done (and I am very picky about those things). I would definitely recommend Vanguard to anyone looking to have caulking of windows done.
