Just had John and Evan from Easterbrook Bros. install our new water heater . Arrived right on time and knew what they were doing. They did a great job! Friendly guys who answered all my dumb questions. Left the place spotless and we couldnt have asked for more. We have been using Easterbrook Bros for many years for all out HVAC needs and have always been totally satisfied. Would happily recommend to anyone.

My wife and I had been searching for a new bathroom vanity and faucet for sometime and after many failed tries at all the big box home stores, we came to York Taps. We walked in and found a great selection with great prices! Almost immediately one of the sales people came over to help us out and answer all our questions. His name was Khaled. My wife and I were able to agree on a vanity and faucet for the first time and within just a few minutes Khaled had everything sorted out had organized a pick up at their nearby warehouse so we didn’t have to make another trip to the store or wait for a delivery. After getting home we started installing the vanity etc. but could not for the life of us figure out how to remove the drawers. I sent an e mail to Khaled on Sunday thinking he would reply on Monday when he got to work. We were very pleasantly surprised to receive a reply on his day off, explaining how to remove the drawers! His instructions were right on and we had them removed in minutes. Great customer service at all levels. Will be shopping there again when we renovate our other bathroom.

Custom Aluminum was recommended to us for our windows, front door and siding by a neighbour. Vlaz came by to give us a quote and we went from there. Everyone we met at this company was great! Luckily their office and showroom is only 5 minutes from our house so we popped in to check out samples etc. numerous times. The window and door installers, Micky and Dereck were excellent! Arrived on time and installed everything very professionally. Really took care to cover our floors etc. from damage. Shortly after the windows were installed, Bledi and Oscar arrived to replace our siding, soffits and facia. Again, just excellent work! Can’t say enough good things about how well they did the job. Went past our expectations! Really nice guys that were a pleasure to have around. Would not hesitate to recommend this company and these installers.

This is our third awning from Rolltec and we couldn't be more pleased! Our first one was about 25 years ago and we have never had a problem with any of them. They easily last 12 to 13 years...and that's without a cover. The guys who came and retrieved the old one and then returned with the new one were great! Very helpful and very friendly. We have only good things to say about dealing with Rolltec. Our only wish is that they open a showroom in Mississauga so we would have a shorter drive ;)

I needed some screens re meshed, and as Brock Windows had originally put the windows in, I called, and Michaela in the service department got everything sorted right out. She apologized they couldn't do it while I waited but that they could be done next day. 24 hours after dropping them off I got a call they were ready for pick up! Totally blown away! I was expecting to hear that it would be a week or two at least. And top it all off, my invoice was for much less than I anticipated! Absolutely great customer service! Brock will be getting our next window order when we upgrade!

Took two rugs in to have their edges repaired after a botched repair job from another store. Was initially shocked by how much it was going to cost, but after they explained what had to be done and then seeing the final result, it was worth the amount. They did a great job! We were very impressed! The shop is not fancy but they sure know Persian rugs. Would definitely recommend their services!

From start to finish we had only great service! All the staff, from the office, the warehouse and the installers were great. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. The installers did a very nice job and left everything clean and neat. We were quite satisfied with the price and thought it was fair for what we had done. We would definitely recommend Granite Edge to family and friends without reservation.
