While it makes sense to do one renovation at a time, it can be a pain when you only want one window replaced. I contacted several window companies when doing this renovation and told them I wanted one window done. Ottawa Windows and Doors was the only one that didn't go on and on trying to get me to replace more in my house. I appreciate people like Jeff Gibson who listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. He treated me professionally and didn't talk down to me because I'm female. My window is perfect...exactly what I asked for. We've replaced all our windows, but there are few doors to go next. I'll be sure to call Jeff when we are ready to purchase.

We did our kitchen in 2005, and the service and installation by Deslaurier's was flawless. Pam helped with the kitchen layout, while we chose all the finishes. It was probably the easiest and least stressful part of the whole kitchen renovation. 5 years later and it's still beautiful. Great quality, great service, great company.
