We needed to have existing sealer removed, and have a new sealer put on all of our stamped concrete and exposed aggregate walkways in the front of our house. From the time we first reached out to Steve to the time of work completion, they were: * Ultra responsive * Pleasant to Deal with * Knowledgeable and Professional * Eager and willing to listen to our concerns and questions we had throughout the project. There were some touchups that needed to be done, and Steve the owner came out and dealt with them personally rather than sending someone from his staff. They did what they said they would, did it well, and went above what was required. I will absolutely be back in the future to use Crystaller. They were great.
