As a new development the company completely denied having me as a customer (instead of trying to actually fix the problem). Still have not gotten back to me after numerous phone calls and emails. So attached below is a receipt for the payment of the aforementioned project. I have selected Home Depot aka TKR service to complete my kitchen in hopes that a large company would be accountable for the project. Unfortunately this was not at all the case. My biggest complaint is the timing and complete lack of communication with the company. I was given a date of installation only to find out the day of that installation was not scheduled for another 3 weeks. I have requested the kitchen to have certain attributes that were not done, and now 2 months past installation I am still trying to get a hold of someone (to no avail) to complete the project. Definitely would not recommend dealing with this firm. Mind you the installers were awesome and did do a good job installing the incomplete kitchen.
