Avoid at all costs. Their windows were the most expensive item in our renovation and, by far, the worst service & product. We spent $40K on Loewen windows. Half the windows they sent with the wrong grilles. They resent the wrong windows THREE times. 9 months in, there are visible light gaps to the outdoors through our windows. Sashes are too stiff to operate or so loose they fall down. Brand new screens came with holes and gaskets falling off. The screen 'pegs' don't line up with the holes in the window frames, so they can't even be used. Their installers put all the window lifts on crooked and out of level. When we wrote in painstaking detail to the CEO about what a disaster things were, it took two follow-ups just to get a response - that he had "NEVER heard" of these claims against their company (he had been with the company for 9mths - guess he hadn't read reviews or talked to customers yet).

Eric installed a defective piece of quartz, took our money ($6000+), and now won't correct the issue. The pattern on one slab looks like it melted and is totally distorted. Eric himself acknowledged it was an issue when we reported it (Dec 2023), as did the manufacturer, but now they won't answer emails, return phone calls, or do anything about it. We are in our fourth month now - and counting - waiting for them to correct this so we can finish our kitchen.
