I had a leak in my stand up shower. Mike fixed the water damage with the walls and replaced the shower surround. It was on time and within the estimate. Very happy with Mike's communication and responsiveness throughout the project. Mike is the best contractor I’ve worked with for my properties in London.

The job consisted of the following: Remove existing shingles Replace a few rotted sheets of plywood Remove existing flashing Install barrier paper Install new shingles Re-install skylights Install new flashing Site cleanup Garbage removal Nick improved the flashing around the skylights at no additional charge. Work came in slightly under the estimate. The entire job was completed in 1 day with 4 people. There were all very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend and agree with the high home star rating.

I had a leaky basement. Fedor came the next day to investigate and quote the work. He gave me options to do the work from inside the house or from the outside. The work was completed thoroughly and properly in a couple of days and the site was left cleaner than it started. He was kind enough to rough in some drain in case further water management is required. Great work, professional, accessible throughout and most importantly trustworthy. Well deserved rating.

Mark and crew were very professional and did a great job. He offered some advice on arrangement of my downspouts that would help them from getting clogged. I will definitely continue to use them for regular window and gutter cleaning.
