Very disappointed with the 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Had a leak in my shower, technician came and found leak, repaired and said everything was fixed. Few days later, notice leak when using shower. Called the office said the leak is still happening, another technician says they would charge if he comes and finds leak is coming from different spot. Why did I pay $200 to the first technician if he didn't fix the leak properly in the first place?? They are trying to charge me again, to find and repair leak which wasn't completed the first time around... Not good customer service.
